Podcast Of The Week: The Skinny Confidential is one of those OG blogs. Lauren Evarts Bosstick has built an empire being a bold, boss bitch. I was a little on the rocks if I really like Lauren and her husband Michael’s podcast, but last week I went all in an binged about 6 episode and am now totally hooked. To get to know Lauren a little more listening to her solo podcast on her Self Care routine. This girl is a beauty and self-care guru. Typically the podcast is Lauren and Michael interviewing someone and this week I really loved their conversation with Dr. Dennis Gross. This podcast is all about skincare – they touch on adult acne, botox and aging!
Healthy Recipies: We have been so off the wagon since we went to Europe and it’s so so hard to get back on! I’d love to hear yall’s healthy summer recipes, anything, in particular, you are loving that is paleo or whole30?! Here are some of my favs but I need some new ones to get me back on the train!
