Happy Friday! This week has been crazy busy and I am looking forward to a low key weekend. I am participating in Habitat for Humanity on Saturday to fulfil my Junior League hours. If you have ever been intested in joining the Junior League of Denver I totally sugest you do it. It’s super laid back league compared to other leagues in the south, but also super involved in the community. After Habbitat, the BF and I are going to see his favorite bluegrass artist Larry Keel and his oh so talented wife Jenny, play with Jeff Austin at the Bluebird. What are your plans for the weekend??
- The image above is from Martin Kilmas. He paints with sound… yeah sound. He basically adds paint to a screen, then blast music into a speaker bellow and captures the paint dancing to the music. I found his art on pinterest, which lead me to this blog, and to this article about his art, pretty fascinating stuff.
- I stumbled across this georgeous food blog, Top With Cinnamon. Her recipies look delicious. But her photography is amazing, this girl is super talented and only 17. Yep 17, I couldn’t believe it. Even if you don’t like to cook this is a great blog to follow just for her photography.
- This week the girls of Vmac+Cheese and Meg Biram Blog launched The B Bar. If you have ever been interested in starting a blog, The B Bar can teach you everything you need to know. These girls are wildly successful both in their blogs and consulting business, so they really know their stuff. I have only skimmed the “cocktails” I downloaded so far and each one is beautifully put together and chock-full of information. Learn more here.
