We all know I love cheese and grilled cheese are great and all but I really love fancy grilled cheese. My favorite combination as of late is fig or blueberry jam, green apple slices, arugula and an assortment of cheeses. I keep all the leftover cheese from #channingandthecheeseplate to use on my sandwiches which really makes this fancy.
