If you think I have been washing down my cheese plates with water, then you have been terribly wrong. Each cheese plate is perfectly paired with a moderately priced wine. Typically, Cupcake Chardonnay or a variety of reds. At home we drink wine from a box, because Black Box cab sav is delicious and cheap. But the best cheese plates are not enjoyed at home they are enjoyed outside, in unpredictable places.
