I am 16 weeks into my Invisalign treatment so only 8 weeks left. I feel the exact same I did when i first started, Invisalign is simply amazing.
Does Invisalign Hurt?
This is everyone’s first question. My answer, no, not really. Whenever I start a new tray my teeth are a little sour the first 24 hours but honestly not that noticeable. Some trays I feel a little more than others too so really not consistent soreness every week.
My Invisalign Progress
My bottom teeth were the visible crookedness I wanted to fix and the one tooth that was out in front is almost perfectly in line. I am also wearing a top tray for a slight overbite that is almost totally pushed into position. It’s pretty crazy these little trays can slowly move all these teeth around!
My trays are so easy to use and I never feel self-conscious about wearing them. Honestly, when I pop them out they are kind of a conversation starter! Imeditialy, someone asks about them and my experience.
Oh and knock on wood but I have yet to lose a set too!

Whoops looks like I forgot to take a selfie all of February! But I will keep at it for March so I can have a cool time lapse! Most of these are taken on Wednesday when I work from home so no makeup!
What’s Next
My treatment came with a home whitening kit. My orthodontist suggested saving the whitening kit till the end so I am whitening the teeth once they are straight and not overlapping. So I plan to start my treatment in April. Just in time for our Engagement Party!
I finish my treatment in May so I will be sure to post before and after’s then too!
