I am beyond excited to announce my first (and hopefully of many) cheese events!! I am partnering with New World Cheese on Colfax.
I first visited New World Cheese on my way to a junior league meeting where I was, of course, supplying a cheese plate. Teressa the owner and I discussed and tasted a few cheeses until I found the perfect ones for my event. I usually feel like cheese shops can be quite intimidating but all of my experience at New World have been educational and fun!
During the class I will share my tips and tricks for enjoying a cheese plate while adventuring. Either down the street to Wash Park or after submitting a 14er. Tickets are $25 and include wine & cheese-paring as well as a packing list for your cheese board that doubles as a cheese plate!
On April 14, 2022 we welcome home our little girl Callaway Campbell Childs at 6 pounds 13 oz and 20 inches long. She came fast and easy and we are overjoyed to finally have her here!
