I took a break from taking on too many challenges in March due to travel and moving. But April we are here all but one weekend and I am ready to commit to a totally new challenge. Continuing my workout and reading the challenge I am adding one more that, eeek may be really hard to do!
No Complaining
Seriously. I read a fellow bloggers 30-day challenges and saw this and immediately knew it was something I need to take on. I am a very positive person who generally has a great attitude about everything but that doesn’t mean I don’t make a gripe here and there. So for 30 days no complaining about anything. Want to join me in this challenge?
Read One Books & Listen to One
I have two books I am in the middle of so I just want to finish one of them this month! I have been listening to audiobooks so much that I am behind in some of my favorite podcast so this month I am trying to strike a balance of audio books and podcast
Book – Finish INSPIRED: How to Create Tech Products Customers Love by Marty Cagan
Audible – I’ve Decided to Live 120 Years: The Ancient Secret to Longevity, Vitality, and Life Transformation by Ilichi – My oldest brother sent me this, hoping its an interesting light listen. Lee
Pelaton Challenge
I promise a full review of the Pelaton is coming but as you may have already guessed, I love it! I didn’t hit my March challenge of 3000kj so this month I am committing to riding 50+ miles.
20, 10-Minute Abs Classes
Part of what your paying for with a Pelaton is the subscription service to classes. Not only do they offer spin classes but they do live boot camps, yoga, stretching, and full body workouts. I have been mixing up 20-minute rides with 10-minute workouts and this month I want to commit to 20 10-minute abs classes! The stronger my core the stronger my body and aka no more leg pain!
How have you been crushing your goals so far this year? Are you taking on any challenges? I’d love to hear about it!
