Yikes, I have been a little all over the place with this month’s challenges. Moving really threw me off my schedule and with my stuff still in 30 boxes I am not quite me again.
30-Day Arm Workout
So I’d give myself a B. I am not doing it every day but most and I am just doing these 5 exercises 12 reps 2 times. It’s super easy and again just a good burst of energy so I think this may become a part of my permanent morning routine.
Weekday 6 AM wake up
FAIL. I seriously can’t help but snooze. It’s so bad. I am adjusting my clock to 5:50 so I can snooze to 6 and see if that works. But really I just need to pop up and the resistance is too strong in the morning!
Read Two Books & Listen to One
- I finished The War of Art: Break Through the Blocks and Win Your Inner Creative Battles by Steven Pressfield. Which everyone needs to read.
- A few chapters into Influencer by Brittany Hennessy, and am surprised with all the little nuggets of insights I have learned so far.
- My 1st Audible book this month was The Obstacle In The Way by Ryan Holiday – WOW this book is EVERYTHING. I can’t wait to read more on the Stoics and everything by Ryan Holiday.
- I am about halfway through How Woman Rise which I am really enjoying as well.
I really have not read this much in years and I am loving it… and regretting all the time I didn’t spend reading in my 20s. But I plan on making up for it now.
