Last week Seth Rogan spoke on the hill about renewing the country and the governments investment in Alzheimer’s research. Watching the hearing inspired me to do something more. Last fall I ran a 5k for Alzheimer’s and didn’t want to wait another year to give back. Luckily, I found Charity Miles, an app that gives to several charities based on how many miles you run, walk or bike!
Simply pick which charity you want to give to and start moving. Money is donated via corporate sponsorship, runners earn 25¢ per mile and bikers earn 10¢ per mile. Corporate partners like Times Sports, Life way Foods and Humana donates to your chairty of choice for you! Here is a list of charities you can donate to…
The Partnership For A Healthier America
(Red)
Feeding America
Wounded Warrior Project
Stand Up To Cancer
ASPCA
Habitat For Humanity
Alzhimer’s Association
The Nature Concervancy

I choose to ski, run & bike for Alzheimer’s – here a few interesting facts about Alzheimer’s in the US. If you want to help me in my cause, join my team! From the app look for team #BMBForAlzheimers. Once your done working out just tweet your distance using that hashtag!
