As I write this, we just attempted high altitude chocolate chip cookies from scratch. I had all the ingredients on had except the baking powered… They are more like scones than cookies, and not very edible. My cooking is improving but baking at altitude can be a little tricky! Fall always inspires me to cook with Pumpkin and Butternut Squash. I am hoping to try out this Apple Cinnamon Butternut Squash soon!
