I have never, ever, felt the urge to whip something up in the kitchen… until Pinterest. I’m sure most of you feel the same way too. With all the delectable photos causing major hunger pangs, I decide to try some. So here are three easy Pinterest recipes I have made and they actually tasted good!
This Penne with Roasted Asparagus and Balsamic Butter was the first dish I tried. Reducing the balsamic was a little tricky, but totally worth it.
Tomatoes, Squash and Zucchini plus a little parmesan and voilà a delicious side dish. I have made this a few times this summer and it is so easy you can’t mess up! Even if you do everything backwards…
My favorite meal is breakfast, so I love these little treats from Martha Stewart. We mixed up the recipe by adding pesto.
